After 20 years in a small locale, Chef Gastón Acurio moved his flagship restaurant in 2014 to Casa Moreyra, a magnificent San Isidro hacienda with more than 300 years of history. The grand mansion includes an elegant yet minimally decorated restaurant, a first-class bar, herb garden, chapel, patio, three kitchens and various salons for private events. The premier champion of the Peruvian culinary movement, Acurio came back from retirement to lead the kitchen, taking over from departing head chef Diego Muñoz.
